FIRST AID AND CPR COURSES

We offer both a basic CPR course and Accredited First Aid Courses

Basic CPR – this is the American Heart Association CPR for Family and Friends. The course takes approximately 3 hours and covers adult, child and infant CPR and Choking. Classes can be organized for both during and after working hours. The course is valid for 2 years and you will receive a certificate of attendance.

Level 1 and Level 2 First Aid – this is an accredited course taking 2 days. It covers Adult, Child and Infant CPR and Choking. There is a comprehensive First Aid section including topics such as Burns, bleeding, fractures, neck and back injuries, and many more. You will be assessed during the practicals and you will be required to complete a written assessment in order to be found competent. You will receive a certificate of competency which is valid for 2 years.
